2. Delivery across Europe
Delivery to European Union countries is carried out by the transport company Raben Group - one of the leading logistics operators in Central and Eastern Europe.

3. International delivery (Worldwide)
We deliver abrasive tools to any country in the world. International delivery times are up to 30 business days, depending on the country of destination and the selected transportation method.

4. Order tracking
After sending your order, you will receive a Nova Poshta consignment note (CTN) number to track the delivery status in real time on the novaposhta.ua website.
5. Payment methods
NovoAbrasive offers convenient payment options for both individuals and businesses:

6. Order processing times
- Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
- For large batches, the completion time is agreed with the manager.
7. Packaging
All abrasive tools are shipped in their original packaging with additional protection for transportation. Each shipment is labeled in accordance with the safety requirements for the transportation of abrasive products.
8. Return of goods
Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
