Minimum first order — 15,000 UAH. We recommend starting with the starter kit "Start" or "Business", where the most popular SKUs are selected. Subsequent orders — without a minimum amount of restrictions, but free delivery is valid from 75,000 UAH.
Shipment — within 1 business day after payment. Delivery by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine — 1-3 days depending on the region. The entire assortment is always in stock, so there are practically no delays due to the absence of goods.
The abrasive tool has a long shelf life (up to 3 years if stored properly). Return of undamaged goods is possible within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the original packaging is preserved. Details are in the partnership agreement.
There is no limit to the number of partners in one city. Unlike the distributor program, the partner model allows several stores in one city to sell NovoAbrasive. Competition is minimal, since the abrasive tool market is large.
For new partners — prepayment. After 3+ months of cooperation and stable purchases from 50,000 UAH/month, a deferral of up to 14 days is possible (Silver level). Gold level — up to 30 days of deferral.
Depends on the partnership level. All partners receive: PDF catalog, electronic price list. Silver level+: POS materials (price tags, stickers, wobblers), content for social networks. Gold: branded shelving, banners for the sales floor, joint marketing campaigns.
Yes, free. Bronze level — online training (video + tests). Silver level+ — offline training from a NovoAbrasive technical specialist. Gold — on-site training in your store + invitation to the factory. Training covers: product characteristics, sales techniques, safety, selection of abrasives for the task.
