    Frequently asked questions about distribution

    Legal entity (LLC, FOP) with experience in wholesale trade in tools or building materials. Availability of a warehouse, transport and sales team. Preferably - an existing network of B2B clients or retail outlets in the region. Willingness to invest in the development of a sales network.

    The minimum annual volume is discussed individually and depends on the size of the territory. Guideline: from 10,000 UAH/month for each focus group of products. A detailed procurement plan is drawn up together with the NovoAbrasive manager when signing the contract.

    You receive exclusive rights to sell NovoAbrasive in the designated territories. NovoAbrasive does not appoint other distributors in your territory and redirects all incoming inquiries from your region to you. Price protected - no one can sell cheaper than the RRC in your territory.

    The bonus consists of 5 areas: distribution services (2%), introduction of focus groups (4%), merchandising (2%), strategic partnership (2%), marketing activities (1%). Each area is calculated separately with different periodicity - monthly, quarterly or annually. Details - in the Commercial Agreement 2026 on this page.

    These are 13 priority categories of NovoAbrasive products (from Cutting discs to sandpaper). For each group introduced (min. 10,000 UAH/month) you receive a 4% bonus. The more groups you introduce, the bigger the bonus. With all 13 groups, the maximum effect.

    Yes. The standard condition is a deferral of up to 30 days for verified distributors. For new ones, the first order is prepaid, then the deferral is applied after 2-3 successful deliveries. Individual conditions are discussed when signing the contract.

    Free delivery by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine for orders over UAH 75,000. For smaller orders — EXW from the warehouse (Nova Vodolaga, Kharkiv region). Shipment — within 1 business day. The entire range is always in stock.

    Most of our distributors started this way. You can sell other brands in parallel. For the maximum bonus (Strategic Partnership level, +2%), Single Branding ≥80% of the shelf is required, but this is not a prerequisite - you can work at lower levels of the bonus program.

    Yes. If you don't need an exclusive territory and want to simply buy and sell to the end buyer without any obligations, consider an affiliate program. Learn about partnership →

    The contract is automatically renewed if neither party gives notice of termination within 90 days. Upon termination, you have the right to sell the remaining products. The termination terms are transparent and protect both parties.

    Yes, if the plan is successfully implemented in the current region. Expansion is usually discussed after the first year of operation, when results are visible. Priority is given to distributors who have already proven their effectiveness.
