The sanding belt is used as equipment for belt sanders. It is a ring-enclosed abrasive cloth made of fabric or paper. On its surface, there is an abrasive that performs the function of removing the top layer of material.

A powerful two-way connection and high-density fabric base prevent tape breakage and ensure high-quality material processing.

When buying ultrathin dry sanding belts for grinders, pay attention to the grit grade of the sheet – the lower it is, the higher the intensity of material removal. For preliminary sanding, use a 40-60 grit sanding belt (coarse), for surface leveling – 80-100 grit (medium), whereas for finishing works and fine sanding use 120-320 grit sanding belts.

Use
Sanding belts are used for the dustless treatment of metal, wooden, plastic, and concrete surfaces and blocks and for grinding, drywall sanding, deburring, and final buffing.
