SAFE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABRASIVE WHEELS
Always use safety equipment during work!
1) Before work. Make sure to choose the correct size of wheel for angle grinders. Please, read the operation manuals of angle grinders. Do not use the wheel exceeding the maximum allowable speed (see the wheel label). Carefully inspect the wheel for chips or cracks - do not use damaged wheels! Make sure there are no bystanders and flammable materials at the work site. Check the date of manufacture.
2) Storage, transportation. Carefully store in a dry place, do not expose to thermal or mechanical stress (do not put anything on top of the wheel, move cautiously).
3) Installation on angle grinders. Do not overtighten the nut, the wheel must be secured tightly enough, but excessive force may damage the wheel. Before you start, let the wheel run without load at maximum speed for 1 min. Also make sure that the material for cutting or grinding is securely fixed.
Do not remove the protective cover of angle grinders; do not exercise overpressure on the material during cutting; do not use damaged wheels; do not use a hub to reduce the hole; do not install more than 1 wheel on an angle grinder; never exceed the maximum permissible speed; do not use the wheel exceeding the permissible size; do not use the wheel on homemade and other devices not intended for this; do not let the angle grinders and their individual components (for example, spindle) overheat; do not use loose clothing for work.
